We're here in the rain forest of Costa Rica, managing a Tree House B&B, where the tree houses (seven total) are high amongst the trees...our neighbors consist of loads of hummingbirds, some monkeys, sloths, frogs, snakes, iguanas, geckos and various other critters...we look forward to sharing with you some pics and blog entries as we continue on our jungle journey...

The answers you've been waiting for V
OK, if you haven't figured out this one by now, you should feel silly. This is a hummingbird, or colobri, in Spanish. We're lucky to have a bevy of the little buggers around most of the year. At times, there are only 10 or so flitting about the house and the feeders. When it's peak time, there are more than 30 shooting about.
