Happy Birthday to the States! We don't have any fireworks around here at Tree Houses (Lucy has forbidden them), but the spirit will be going around here today.If the pattern holds, we'll probably have two or three folks/families from the U.S. here and we will wish them a happy Fourth of July. The folks from Europe and Canada will shake their heads and wonder what the fuss is about.
The only thing we'll be missing is the picnics and fireworks.
